Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from the date of shipment.
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and can take 10–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged upon delivery — these are not included in the shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. No free shipping is currently offered.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at shopkeeper@grmok.org. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Local Delivery We offer free local delivery service if you live within 10 miles of Gospel Rescue Mission Muskogee. Orders are subject to a $20 minumum purchase. Delivery is 24-48 business hours from time of purchase.
In-Store Pickup We offer free in-store pickup at Gospel Rescue Mission Muskogee. Orders will be ready for pickup within 24 business hours and can be picked up Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm.
